Open Positions:

Customer Service Representative (In Person, Missouri) 

Responsibilities – You’re not only the go-to contact for our clients and prospective clients when insurance needs arise, you also support your home office team. Serve as the important first impression of Consumers First by answering calls, resolving complaints and accessing customer accounts and policy schedules upon request. ADD TO THIS – DO THEY DO THE QUOTING? 

Requirements – Attention to detail, working knowledge of the carriers and products we offer.  

Quality Shoppers (Remote) 

Responsibilities – Using our patented Quality Shopper tool, you help our clients and prospective clients compare insurance rates, helping them to potentially save hundreds of dollars each year, every year.

To help our team members stay up-to-date on technology and trends, we offer regular online training and continuous education to help our team achieve their CISR, CIC and CPCU designations (at our cost) to match their personal career trajectories. 

 

  • SALARY AND BENEFITS Hourly or salary plus compensation plus annual bonus based on Customer Satisfaction Survey results and growth of customers serviced. Company bonus matching is deposited into your retirement account after two years of service.
